Age happens. Be Independent.
The nutrition your body needs.
The average Indian over 50 eats far less protein than the body needs — often about half. Over years, that gap shows up as lost strength, slower recovery and rising blood sugar, and we call it 'just getting older.' It isn't. It's nutrition, hidden inside the food we eat every day.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Will the rotis taste different?
Barely. The blend is designed to keep your rotis soft and familiar, so most people don't notice a change.
Is it safe for elderly parents?
Yes. It's 100% vegetarian food with no added sugar — not a medicine. It simply adds protein, fibre and vitamins to the rotis they already eat. Anyone managing a health condition can check with their doctor.
How long does one pack last?
About a month of daily rotis for one person, using 40g of Svayam a day.
How do I use it?
Mix 40g of Svayam with 60g of your regular atta, knead and make rotis as usual.
