What exactly is Svayam Nutritional Roti Mix?

It's a food mix you blend into your regular atta — 40g of Svayam to 60g of atta — to turn an ordinary roti into complete nutrition: 27g of protein across 4 rotis, low GI, high fibre, and fortified with Vitamin D3 and B12. It's food, not a supplement.

What's it made of?

A plant protein blend (rice protein and toasted soy), isabgol (psyllium husk) for fibre, a vitamin premix (D3 + B12), and a little ajwain and sendha namak for taste. 100% vegetarian, no added sugar.

Will the rotis taste or feel different?

Barely. The blend is designed to keep rotis soft and familiar, and ajwain balances the flavour. Most people don't notice a change.

Using it

How do I use it?

Mix 40g of Svayam with 60g of your regular atta (about two scoops to three), knead with water as usual, and roast your rotis the way you always do.

About a month of daily rotis for one person, at 40g of Svayam per day.
